Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Any standard travel fees will be included in your invoice and clearly outlined in your contract. If your wedding requires me to travel more than 2 hours from MA and an overnight stay is needed, we’ll discuss those details together to make sure everything feels clear and comfortable for both of us!
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
Once you have your venue booked and your date secured — I would love to hear from you! The sooner, the better. Some dates (especially in peak wedding season) tend to book up quickly so it's best to reach out ASAP to get the ball rolling!
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Every wedding day is so unique, and I’m always happy to chat about creating something that feels like the perfect fit for you and your day. Whether you’re planning something a little more non-traditional or have specific coverage needs in mind, I’m always open to discussing options!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
You can expect to receive a little sneak peek gallery within a few days after your wedding — because I know how exciting it is to relive those first moments! Your full gallery will be ready around 6-8 weeks after your wedding day. Turnaround time can vary slightly depending on the season, but I promise it’ll be worth the wait!
Kaitlyn is the best!! She captured both our engagement photos and our wedding photos (June 6, 2025). We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. She customized our wedding package to fit exactly what we needed, and the photos turned out gorgeous… we love every single one! She made everything so easy and comfortable!
